Inventory-first

Starts with food already in the freezer, fridge, pantry, and leftovers instead of forcing ideal recipes.

LifeFit profile

Adapts to real life: appliances, effort level, cleanup tolerance, schedule, household mode, and food preferences.

Practical prep cards

Turns a meal decision into clear preparation steps with method, time, temperature, and safety cues.

How it works

1. Capture what is available. Add items by photo, receipt, text, or manual entry. The system separates confirmed items from uncertain guesses.
2. Build the LifeFit profile. The system learns what appliances are allowed, how much effort is realistic, and what goals should guide meals.
3. Rank what should be used first. Leftovers, fresh produce, opened packages, near-date items, and freezer backlog move up the list.
4. Create a meal card. Each meal includes a score, portion, prep instructions, add-ons, avoid list, and leftover plan.

Current status

FreezerFlow LifeFit is in production-path prototype development. The public launch shell and static prototype are committed so testers and reviewers can understand the product direction while the MVP app, scoring model, safety rules, and inventory workflow are built.

FreezerFlow LifeFit is a meal planning and food organization assistant. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition scores are coaching tools based on user-selected goals and preferences.
